#NOTE# THanks to "roninep" iF using APEX LAUNCHER and want to keep which ever Transparency you so choose, head to Apex Settings/Homescreen Settings, then scroll to the bottom and check off "Hide Shadows".
Thats will take you back to the intended Transparency. Awesome catch on his part. Thanks Bud!!
