How to Update HTC Wildfire S to Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2

HTC made Wildfire S is a popular, low budget Smartphone of 2011. The time period of 2 years is huge for the Smartphone world. It is changing so fast that Wildfire S is now an old, outdated phone. It is very low in the processing power department. The phone has only a 600 MHz ARM 11 processor. But still you can run modified Android Jelly Bean on it. You can give your phone a new life by upgrading it to the Jelly Bean (Android 4.1.2). In this way, your phone will be able to access the modern apps and functions of Android.
The handset will be flashed with a custom ROM named AOKP. There is no official Jelly Bean for HTC Wildfire S. It is because Google frowns upon installing its latest brand of Android on a device with such low fire power. This custom ROM , AOKP is specially designed for running with low speed processors and less RAM. That is why it is most suitable for your handset.
